Great for mixing sourdough/levain!
These Weck Tins are great for kneading bread appetizers - more on top and (at this size) fits in my hand. Beautifully made and durable. The metal clips are not attached to the glass - a plus for my purposes. I read about it on the PerfectLoaf blog - wish I had known years ago! Prompt delivery, carefully checked people.
