The Customer Service team makes me feel like I am talking with real human beings! They've been very helpful in every step of my journey at this organization -- from learning about our implementation process for new products/services, to helping troubleshoot current problems as they arise throughout each day's workday. There are some things we would love added (or improved) such as making it easier for employees who use multiple devices during the course of a given shift or even across shifts to communicate back & forth via text messaging; however overall I have no complaints so far. It has helped us streamline processes within our daily operations - by providing visibility into what needs attention first thing upon entering the office, there’s less "hunting" around looking up information, which saves time while also ensuring issues don't go unnoticed because someone didn't log them right away.
