My ceiling controller is not working properly
My ceiling controller turns off and goes into blackout mode about 30 minutes to an hour after I turn it on. It must then be unplugged and plugged into a power source before it will work again. Please advise how to solve the problem. This duvet was purchased in January 2020 and is under warranty. I will follow this transaction. thanks hope to hear from your company
