I have been using Natural Dentist for over 15 years since my dentist recommended it. I really don't have anything else that compares as it's the only one I've ever used and most of my dentists use it too. I use orange flavor. I'm happy. My only complaint is that I had to keep the cap from the old bottle as I just don't care for the "squeeze and push" protective caps they use now! God forbid that doesn't happen, I'll probably have to switch brands!
