Review on 💅 Bliss Kiss Simply Peel: Glittery Liquid Latex Cuticle Guard for Nail Art, 15 ml, Made in USA by Betsy Tran

UPDATE: Received my replacement quickly and free of charge. It arrived in PERFECT condition and works great for my purposes (nail art/stamping). I will upload a photo of my replacement product and the stamping results asap, but I had to revise my review asap because Bliss KISS went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied as a customer, which is so rare to do find is days. Now they have a customer for life! Thanks to the people of Bliss Kiss - you are beyond impressive! UPDATE PENDING: I have contacted Bliss KISS regarding receipt of my product as shown and stated. They send me a replacement bottle immediately! They even replied to me on Sunday so I'm very impressed with their customer service. I hope my new bottle arrives in usable condition, but apparently weather that is too hot or too cold can affect the latex. I will let you know when I receive a replacement and can honestly test the product. Original rating: Useless! It's sticky and so thick I can't use it at all. When I opened it up there was a huge piece of dried latex on top and when I pulled it out the photos above show how worn the brush is and how much the latex has stuck together. I am seriously dissatisfied with it. If anyone has any advice on how or if this can be salvaged I would be very grateful.
