If you order this junk like I did, you're probably in a bind and need to keep the trays moving in your dishwasher. However, this is what LG says and you get exactly what you would expect - junk! I read the reviews and figured I would just use lube as one of the reviewers said to avoid cracking the lugs on the wheels. I had two breaks, so I gritted my teeth and paid $6 each for an item that wasn't worth $0.50. When it arrived I freed the first one and snapped it into place. No broken tab. I thought the guy who recommended the lube was a genius! Lubed the second and in place. As soon as the tabs click, I watch Agee in disbelief as the tab disengages and won't snap back into place. I quickly hit the return button and found that once I sent the defective one back they would send a new one. So I guess they expect us to give them their junk back. I just leave the broken one on the shelf and hope it doesn't fall off. Finally! I recommend you all to get rid of all LG products and spend the money wisely next time. (Or order twice as much as you need because 50% of what I ordered didn't work) And my animosity towards LG has to do with the pump motor in this dishwasher and our LG fridge door being replaced twice less often Need to become. than two years because the heating pipe in the door, which protects the pipes from freezing, has failed twice in two doors in less than 3 years. Also, I had to leave work three times for the technician to fix everything. We now have a homemade ice cream maker next to our old LG fridge so we can eat ice cream.
