These are wonderful socks and I now wear this brand almost exclusively "all year round". Damn stiff socks make thinner socks for summer use. Unlike other wool socks, they can be dried in a "warm" dryer. I usually use medium heat and wash and dry with jeans and other denim. Washing hands and drying hands creates a less tight fit. To revitalize the elastic and tighten the fit. Machine wash and dry. I love wearing Darn Tough socks.
