It's only for one foot and that's fine as I only had plantar fasciitis which only affected one foot. I wear an arch brace during the day, but at night it helps keep the foot in the right position, it helps stretch the tendon so it's not tight in the morning. Looking at other reviews I think people don't understand how to use it properly. The tire is adjustable in the same way as shown in the video, you should adjust it to your liking and then put it on. An instruction manual with pictures is also helpful if you can see from the pictures how to do it correctly. I only received it a few days ago but will update this review after using it for a little longer. I have also used a foot massage ball which helps. I haven't used arched supports yet, but I'll give that a try.
