I don't understand the negative comments from some people including those who couldn't figure out how to download it. I got my first dental floss as a gift from my dentist many years ago, which motivated me to floss daily. I couldn't use my fingers effectively and that helped. It's pretty obvious that if you gently (I mean CAREFULLY) clasp your hands together while loading, you'll get intense tension. Over time, like most things made of plastic, they lose strength and whoops - when stressed, a lever breaks. At this point, understand that life is coming to an end and pull out a spare. This is my third batch of three in about 10 years and I keep them in multiple places - home, in my travel bag etc. Very happy with them. I've tried others but none were as good as this one. Others have short arms.
