Shakes Away Leg Pain
Quake Plate is very effective in relieving leg and foot pain. It stimulates blood flow and helps relieve peripheral neuropathy. After using it, I notice that my feet are more sensitive. The only thing I didn't like about the design is that you have to be careful not to get your hand or finger near the top of the plate while it's moving as it could break your finger and cause injury . Otherwise I like the design and the fact that it has 31 speeds. It can run pretty fast, but I've only used it up to speed 4 and that's good enough for me. The machine is a bit heavy, but it stands stable on the ground.
