E1 error fixed by customer service

About 2 months after receiving the humidifier, the E1 error suddenly appeared on the screen. E1 means there was a problem with the humidity sensor, so it worked all the time instead of turning off when it reached the desired humidity level. I didn't want this as it meant running 24 hours and wasting electricity. I contacted the support team (service@colzer.com) and they responded very quickly. First they forced me to try something that might fix the error. This worked for a few days before the E1 returned. But I'll share below in case it helps anyone else. To reset error E1: 1) Turn off the dehumidifier; 2) Press and hold the LIGHTING button for 5 seconds until dF flashes on the LCD screen; 3) Press the MODE button once; 4) Wait 5 seconds before performing any other operation. When the E1 error came back I contacted them again. Again, they were very responsive and said they would send me a replacement humidity sensor. They also included a video on how to install - very easy with a Phillips head screwdriver. I received the replacement sensor in the mail within 2 weeks and now it's working like clockwork again! Thank you Colzer customer service! I recommend this product because it works and if something goes wrong it comes with a 2 year guarantee for such quick and painless help.
