I've been using a trackball for 20 years. I've been using a Logitech Trackman mouse the whole time. Some of the plastic inside is worn out otherwise I will never stop using it. I bought these as a replacement. I've had it for a month and a half and from day one the ball got sticky. The cursor jumps when you move it. I lowered the dpi as low as possible hoping that would smooth things out, but that didn't help. I cleaned it up and even moved the ball from the old Trackman to a new mouse. It helped a bit, but the rollers inside are quite stiff or sticky and didn't let the ball roll smoothly with small mouse movements. I read some reviews and others had the same problem. It sounded like it was loosening a bit for others, so I kept using it. That has never happened to me. Then a few days ago I finally installed my old mouse again and unfortunately I have to say that it is better than the new mouse. A few days ago I sent a message to the company and never received a reply. I'm out of the return window now. I cannot recommend this mouse.
