Bought for my husband who wanted a bluetooth headset. They couldn't get him to stay on his head because the headband of his glasses was hanging over his ear. So I tried it to see if I could use it but couldn't, also because of wearing glasses. I think I should have found that out before ordering the headset. Access to real functionality is not possible. The headset was returned and the return went without any problems.
