For those struggling with the lid, grasp the tab just below the rim with four fingers and gently but firmly pull up, as if opening the lid of a can of potato chips. This breaks the tightness of the lid. and makes it easier to open. Update 7/24/2020 I dropped it off the table and it just jumped. When do storage containers break like this? How hard can it even be? I had a head of lettuce and a lid, which is cheap production. From 3 stars to 1. How sad.
