The platform gives us everything we need for our employees' development - from onboarding new hires through performance reviews right up until they leave! There are so many features available within each module I cannot even begin list them all here but it's worth noting there isn't anything in particular which has been missing or causing issues during implementation as such. We have had some minor problems when adding modules into existing courses where due dates were not being honoured correctly; however these seem very rare now compared to other platforms out there who don’t honour deadlines at times either way this does happen sometimes regardless if you're using one tool vs another. They can be quite picky about what files go inside certain folders etc., though again this doesn't always cause major headaches once things get going smoothly like others do occasionally too. If your organization uses multiple tools then having something centralised helps manage content across.
