I'm disappointed with this purchase, most unfortunately becase there's really no reason why this couldn't be perfect.However, three of the four components that came (beautifully presented, I may add), in the package, have problems.The cover for the wrist-rest does not fit quite perfectly, and added to a deficient adhesion, it ended up fitting with a raised portion, as shown in my photo. This does not really prevent it from fulfilling its function, so I have left it, but it is visually annoying.The trackpad protector, unfortunately is indeed useless, largely because it's cut just a fraction of a hair's width too large, and it's just enough that there's no way to make it fit on top of the trackpad without at least some of the border overlapping the raised edge around the trackpad. This I removed. Not that the trackpad is the most vulnerable component, anyway. Pity, though, because with a proper fit, both items would be virtually undetectable, unless you're looking for them.Lastly, the keyboard cover is also just too-large enough that it fits sloppily and distracts from the typing. I had to keep moving it around constantly, trying/hoping to get it to fit better. No use. I eventually got another keyboard protector that is highly rater, and the difference is unbelievable. The other cover fits perfectly, and I can completely forget that it is even there, which is what I was hoping for with this product. Clearly, it can be done, so it's just too bad that this manufactured can't seem to get its measurements and production tolerances right.The one thing that did work just fine, and that in fact I wasn't even expecting to see in the package, is the screen protector. It applied easily, and it's all but invisible, so I don't notice that it's there at all. One out of four - it's something, I suppose. Bottom line, there are better options out there. Keep looking.
