I was very happy to get this razor as I have been using a Norelco razor for 40 years now. I have bought many German goods (BMW, Mercedes, etc.) and have always been impressed by their excellent quality and reliability. This razor fell apart nine months after purchase. I emailed Brown three weeks ago and received no response. I'm actually going to throw it in the trash since I don't have to spend many hours sending it in for repairs. My time is very limited. With my trusty old Norelco. In fact I have two of them, both over 10 years old! DO NOT BUY YOUR PRODUCTS, YOUR QUALITY IS NONE AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS HELP.
