The website is very easy to navigate, both with mobile devices as well! It also has quick access links that are helpful in getting straight into what you need without wasting time or effort looking at other pages within it (like FAQs).

I do not like how many clicks there can be between different sections/pages if something isn't working properly because they don’t provide any sort guidance along their way through helping people find information quickly - this would help them improve customer service dramatically by providing simple instructions rather than making users guess about where things will lead when needed support from those who know better!!
