I've never crocheted my hair so sorry about the styling! :-) These braids are very easy to use, I took them out, washed them and will use them again soon. I made these twists through daily sweaty workouts, doing hairstyles, weaving them together and pulling them into ponytails. The hair is never frizzy, never spiky and never unraveled. After washing, they remain soft and shiny. You get SIX bags of rounds! The first time I only used 3 packs. A few days later I took the top off and re-twisted it with more twists and still had two and a half pockets left. Next time I'll probably order longer extensions (it's 14 inches) because the front and sides will fall in your face at the slightest nod. Good product!
