I've been shipping thousands of packages a year for about five years. Until I got this printer yesterday and started printing in literally less than fifteen minutes, my process was as follows: Print on standard letter-size paper (two labels per sheet), cut in half with scissors, glue it on the box. It didn't seem like a waste of paper and tape (not to mention toner!) or a huge pain until yesterday I realized there was a better way. Big Gig: There are two things I dislike about this printer. One is that it is not wireless and needs to be connected to your computer. Second, it comes with a really pathetic amount of starter labels. Buy more labels as soon as possible. Now for the love festival. Yes, it's not wireless, but it's really tiny and easily fits in the corner of your desk. Not as much pain as I had imagined. All cords and cables included. Also included is a small flash drive containing the installer. I plugged in the printer, turned it on, plugged in the USB drive, followed a few instructions and BAM, I started printing. Printing is fast enough. If you need to print about twenty labels, it will take a minute. Yesterday I sent eighty packages and there were moments when I waited for the label, but not for very long. Pressure is clear, no problems. My colleague noticed how quiet the printer is. I didn't notice, but I think that's the point. If it breaks me or otherwise disappoints me I will come back to read this review again, but for now I'm in love and can't see myself going back to the old way of things. I think it is absolutely necessary for everyone who sends packages. Buy more printer labels! Highly recommended.
