These are the traction devices Ben has been looking for his whole life. No joke! The "cups" on either end are really good for my Fukoshimi Vibrams Wraps (if you're using something that relies on elasticity, keep your toes from circling in them). I've also found that my knees suffer a lot from the big gear changes you get with Yak Traks. I love dialing them in for the perfect fit. Very beautiful. Much better too when you're in real life, going from ice to concrete, ice to concrete. Just great, I love them!
