The product had no fasteners for the actual attachment (there were fasteners for the shelf). The wall screws weren't difficult - I had several of the same substitutes in the garage. The lack of screws to attach the bracket to the back of the TV was an even bigger problem; It's not the size/type of screw that people would normally sit around with (thankfully I did). After replacing the missing hardware with my own, the items themselves worked as advertised and were of the quality I expected (no frills, good enough). The pan/tilt mounting screw is difficult to tighten when supporting the weight of the TV - it's in an awkward position and won't tighten properly with a plastic knob. If there was a way to get a wrench (hex wrench, ring spanner, whatever) to tighten it that would be better.
