I hate this car. I had to take the second because the first had such a flaw that it destroyed the hot end. If the print somehow fails, the PLA goes into the hotend assembly, and I'm not the only one this has happened to. So I bought a second one thinking I must have done something wrong and I will replace the hot end later when parts become available. Got the 2nd and only had problems. I just bought a CR Touch, plugged it in and flashed the firmware exactly as shown here. Now my bed won't rise anymore. I flashed to the previous firmware and the bed moves normally. Go back here and the bed won't move up anymore. This car is absolutely terrible. I lose money every day, this machine doesn't work. I chatted online on the site and was immediately told to email cs@creality.com. So I emailed them and got an automated reply that the ENTIRE WEEK ending October 7th is a public holiday. So I totally screwed up until they get back to work. I will never buy from CREALITY again. I can't even send this thing back as it was too long.
