Review on EchoMaster Wrangler JK Backup Camera Plug-and-Play Kit for MyGig Radios - Easy Installation with Touchscreen Interface & Reverse Lines (EM-BUC-KIT-JW) by Blake Pudic

The product has some very nice features. Parking lines, GPS unlocking, built in tail video programming, etc. Everything worked great after installation and I was very happy with it. After about a week, the camera began to work intermittently, and then stopped altogether. I contacted the manufacturer and they said the camera was defective and I could send them the defective camera and they would send me a new one (and this was at my expense and would have taken two weeks to fix). Why did the camera fail after just a week? Why wouldn't a manufacturer support their product and make it easier to troubleshoot problems? I tore it all apart and got a full refund from Revain. Now I'm looking for a different reversing camera. So sad
