I'm having a hard time writing this review - I LOVE the Shiatsu massager - but it takes a little getting used to. I will try to explain it in detail. I had a full size Shiatsu massager in my chair, but it wasn't possible to adjust the pressure on individual zones. So I bought this little device to use where it's needed. I use it on my lower back for a variety of painful issues. I adjust the pressure by placing a small pillow under my chair. I had a remote with a long cord on my large massager, but it has 2 buttons on the back so you either look behind you with one hand to find the buttons when it's timed out, or you pull the device out. look for buttons. The device is a bit heavy for me and there is no strap at the end to hold it. The heat level is the ideal temperature for me and ensures pleasant warmth during the massage. I LOVE the massage this device gives, love the fact that I can adjust the pressure even if it's a bit uncomfortable. So to me this is a great little massager, I just had to find ways to work with it.
