I really liked the product and it was just that what I was looking for. My only problem was that the little cutter broke the first time I used it. Now I have to use scissors to cut the little burrs off the letters after they've been broken apart. Update: I contacted the company to let them know the tool was broken and asked if there was any way I could buy a new tool. In response they asked for my order number. When I sent them the order number they said a new one was on the way. Of course I assumed that it was a new instrument. However, after 2 days I received a brand new complete set (including tools). I have full respect for a company that stands behind their product and sometimes goes out of their way to keep happy customers. I have since changed my rating from 4 to 5 and will definitely order from this company again.
