I lost about 50 pounds recently and am still losing weight. Was 205 pounds in a large medium shirt that fitted tight to my Body fitted. I still use large and medium shirts for work. I looked at the sizing charts and thought a medium size would be decent. I have a 39" bust and a 32"-3" waist for a closer fit 5 regular fit, 6+ baggy) By increasing the size of the shirt, I get a shirt size of about 43 chest, waist 36. Comparing my opinion on the sizes with my current clothes, I thought that one Medium would fit well .It was a bit big and loose.I shrunk the shirt a lot to keep the size as small as possible.I shrunk it to a size between S and M.Now it still fits loose but better. I would say that a good iron session before the pre-pack lines in the shirt is a must. The folds, which are not visible on the packaging, make the shirt look very large and baggy. To get a real feel for how it fits I would say that washing and ironing gives the shirt a more authentic look. The shirt didn't look like a snug fitting, more ordinary one after shrinking (which is what I was expecting). I ordered another shirt in a smaller size to see if I like it better. Overall the quality, feel and look of the t-shirts are good. The only complaint is that the waist doesn't look as advertised and needs to be adjusted by a tailor or made by yourself. However, the breast size was good.
