Too small - my opinion
Maybe they would have been good shoes, we'll never know. We ordered based on *her* size chart. I measured his feet with a ruler. It didn't feel right as he usually wears a 2.5-3 and the chart says 11.5 but I thought they knew their own product. Command. Bad luck. Shoes arrived tonight: MUCH small. Most likely, they will fit a large child.
