Review on D-ID by Joseph Adaymiln

I think how easy the software is to use, it's good for any size of organization. It works well with my computer or mobile device. You can easily access everything you need in one place. There are not many things that I dislike about this program. Sometimes you have to close out applications but other than that it doesn't take much work to get accustomed to using it. We've been able to protect our information without compromising the security of our employees. I like how easy this software was for my business to use! It's very user friendly with great customer service support if you need help or have questions about your account/settings etc. There are some things that could be improved such as adding more options in terms of security settings (i.e., password length) but overall we love using this product so far! We've been able to reduce fraud by 90% since implementing this system at work - which means less time spent reviewing fraudulent transactions.
