Everyone gets more sensitive to blue on computer screens, TVs, LED as we age -Lamps, cell phone screens, touch screens, etc. You get way more blue light than you should and your head starts pounding near your ear. Do not do that. believe me? It's okay, you'll know when the side of your head is done. I've liked them for years and find them better than the ones I can buy in the store. great, they saved me about $90 a pair!
