I ordered this because I'm trying to avoid aluminum during my pregnancy. I knew I wanted a magnesium hydroxide deodorant, but I also have sensitive acne-prone skin, so I prefer to avoid essential oils such as coconut oil, which made it very difficult to find an aluminum-free deodorant. I also wanted to try an unscented deodorant to wear at home while social distancing for the next few months. (My husband is allergic to many fragrances including almost every deodorant I've ever tried and if the child inherits this I obviously don't want to wear a strong smelling deodorant while holding it!) Was very happy with this product. I've been using it for a little over 3 weeks with no irritation. Effective in stopping BO; I shower at night, so I recommend applying it both right after showering and in the morning before getting dressed. Leaves no marks on skin or clothing. It's a very light liquid and feels a lot better than the oily natural deodorants or thick aluminum deodorants I've tried in the past, especially as it's getting warmer in here. I will almost certainly buy this again. I'm only deducting a star because of the expiry date. This is a HUGE container and since you only need to apply a little liquid at a time it seems like it will last for many months. However, the label says the shelf life after opening is 3 months and the Revain listing says it should be thrown away 3 months after opening. I'm not sure I can use everything for 3 months even if I put it on morning and night. So apparently if it needs to be thrown away that quickly, it should be in a much smaller package to avoid waste. (I'm a petite woman and this is either a men's product or a men's product, so maybe men need to use a lot more liquid deodorant than I do?) To be honest, I'll probably just ignore it and use it until it does does not work anymore. t. will end. but I guess I shouldn't be surprised if it stops working after the 3 month mark. I would definitely pay a little more for a smaller package so I don't have to worry about it in the future. A much smaller complaint (probably not the company's fault) is that the ingredients on the packaging at the very end include menthol, although I don't see that on Revain's list. I wouldn't buy this if I knew it contained menthol as it can irritate the skin but so far so good. It's only good to know if you know that menthol is already taking its toll on your skin.
