Review on 📱 Hercules DG305B Tablet Stand by Brian Hrdlicka

Designed by Hercules, makers of great mic stands, I expected this iPad mic stand to be one of the best. I used it at two gigs and sent it back. It has a plastic nut holding the ball joint to hold the iPad holder in place. The problem is that you have to tighten that plastic nut just enough to hold the iPad firmly in the desired position. However, if you overtighten the plastic nut, it will eventually come loose from the ball joint. It's a constant struggle to keep it tight enough to hold your iPad in place, rather than it jumping off the mic stand and falling to the ground with your iPad inside. God forbid some drunk girl or kid (depending on the show) will come and hit your mic stand. Two gigs worrying about my iPad falling on the floor was enough. I'm surprised Hercules released this pathetic little piece of plastic. This is the worst I've ever had.
