Oh my mistake the clock works

The clock came quickly and was easy to install. I was very pleased. But he died a day later. The woman noticed that the second hand was dragging the glass of the watch. She straightened the seconds hand and put the watch back together. It's been holding up well for a few days. Sorry for criticizing this product earlier.
