Very disappointing. Purchased to read image data from Sony G series XQD card used in Nikon D850. The card reader plugs into a USB 3.0 port on my Windows 10 PC and is recognized immediately. I insert the card and the reader shows up as a new drive in explorer, but when you click to open the drive, a warning pops up that there is no card in the drive. The connection between card and reader is solid - there's a spring-loaded snap so you know the card is fully inserted. I even tried updating the driver but it said it had the latest installed. I gave up and replaced it with a Sony card reader that actually works, so the problem is clearly not with the card itself.
