THIS IS AMAZING! I switched to washable pads after blowing through a box of disposable pads a week (actually 70 packs!). I usually use 2 or 3 sets a day. This is more due to preventative measures against thrush than because they fill up so quickly. Pros: Very soft, feels great on my nipples. They don't ride up in my bra so I don't have to adjust. so they don't stick to me or my bra in the wrong place. Can be washed! Cons (yes, only one!): Really, very, very obvious by the shirts. I wear them under a fairly bulky nursing top and another shirt over it (usually a ribbed tank top). It makes me look like I have very large, puffy nipples. So if you're shy at all, that could be a problem. I recommend taking one of those mesh laundry bags and keeping it in your bathroom, closet or even the laundry room and putting your pads in after you remove them. She. Washing them in a bag is a million times easier than tossing them in the laundry.
