I love the idea of this dress. The designer had a very unique concept. The execution completely failed! First, the fabric was heavy. Like REALLY heavy. Like I wouldn't want a sleeveless dress that heavy, because it is warm enough for sleeveless, you'll be sweating in the fabric. The fabric was also awkward and stiff. Second, the collar felt like it was choking me-very uncomfortable. The arm holes were a bit large for me-part of my bra showed on one side, and I didn't feel the larger arm holes were really flattering at all. But most importantly, the hips were SO tight. I generally wear a size 4 dress.like pretty much always except when I wear a size 2 (and I usually wear a size 2 pants). I thought the small would be perfect. But, the hips were so tight that it made me feel more like a high end escort than a classy, unique lady (the look I was hoping for). The only good things about the dress are the beautiful blue color and the ruffle. I'd pass, but if you must get it, order a size up.
