I use these mounts on a first generation Tundra to hold a 30 watt light block on each side. The clearance is ok, but the socket head screw/clamping plate worries me. will soon lose his purchase. Threadlocker would be a good idea too. I will post an update in a month. Attention after market friends. It's been about 3 months since I've used these brackets to mount the lights on my 1st gen Tundra. They started to rust quite aggressively. They're probably just chrome plated. I live in Colorado and the truck is on the road about 50% of the time. The good news is they still hold 4 inch containers well. Too bad they aren't powder coated. So I downgraded my rating from 3 to 2 stars. .
