I bought this mug to play around with at morning Zoom meetings because, let's face it, drinking out of a skull is one good thing. When the cup arrived it just said wash your hands which was a bit annoying but not a deal breaker. However, after the third use, the metal cup fell completely out of the frame of the cup. I noticed that because the coffee was dripping down my chin and I didn't think I suddenly forgot to drink it. I looked at the drips running down the sides and wiped them away. As I did this, the metal insert seemed to spin. I somehow lifted it and the metal insert came out immediately. The cup is now unusable (I sent the metal insert back) because of a strange dripping from it.
