I like that it is easy for customers who are not familiar with technology or computer use in general but have smart phones/tablets etc - they can easily access my website via their phone! It's also great because of its simplicity when setting up an account so there isn't much hassle at all once set-up has been done (and if needed support could be contacted). The only thing i dislike about this software as opposed from others out therse where we do see some problems such us slow loading time / disconnecting during calls which makes me think maybe something needs fixing? A simple call centre system would help solve these issues though by having someone answer customer queries over telephone rather than waiting 2 hours+ before getting back through email after leaving message!! We've solved our problem using netCall libertyconnect allowing clients without tech knowledge & computers easely accessing information regarding services offered online whilst being able tp make contact wtih them too.
