Review on FirsTime & Co. Rustic Miles Table, 16"W x 22"H x 16"D, Natural Wood by Myron Brooks

The product was mediocre but the biggest problem was that it didn't come with mounting screws. The manufacturer's support team kept urging me to contact Revain, who contacted the manufacturer first. Basically, customer service is not available when needed, especially in this case for something very simple. The item was not worth the effort and was therefore returned. Two stars only because the product itself was fine when it arrived. Update: Customer service, when finally contacted by someone, offered $50 for free table storage or replacement. I chose the table as I wasn't interested in other items in the store. The replacement table came back without screws. Too much time and energy is wasted on a mediocre table to end up with a useless set of parts.
