I wasn't expecting much for working while traveling. Ordered yesterday and received today and then tried it out with Surface Pro 7 right away. First I didn't do the right setting as the screen flickered, then I saw the number 800 on the included screen protector for any problem 24/7! I was fine. I called at 9pm on a Friday and to my surprise someone answered the phone straight away! Wow! .and I said what the problem was and the person helped me figure out the right connection and voila! The monitor works perfectly. The factory settings look a bit boring, but after tweaking it to my liking (increasing the brightness and contrast) it works great!
