Everything I received was in perfect condition. All parts and fittings were present. Pretty easy installation, just make sure you have a signal before securely attaching the battery and charging separately OUTSIDE THE CAMERA! The camera does not charge the battery through the connector. If you are using it with an optional long range antenna AND a security box (both from Vosker) you will need to modify the box and by modified I mean cut out to allow the cable and camera to fit in the metal box. . If you don't use an optional antenna with the box, the antenna that comes with the camera fits perfectly in the metal box. I hope this helps and I hope the company fixes this issue. Also, I am very impressed that my property is quite far away and I can get photos both day and night. So far, so good. Thinking about buying another one if all goes well.
