So my dad was in a situation where he couldn't DOWN and was still living at home with nurses coming to him at night. On the weekends when I came to visit I wanted to maintain my dignity and I didn't have to look below the belt if you get my meaning. This one is stretchy and has buttons. It was perfect the first time I used it, then a week later it fell off and broke his hip and ended up in a nursing home, but at least it worked. I wish I had more time to use it before it's in the nursing home now. I only wish I had found it sooner. But a good find for a person with a disability, it is also easy to dress someone in it.
