I wrote to Mattel over a week ago and have not received a response. My boys love these Snap Squad toys and they were relatively hard to find. I bought this set for her as a surprise and my eldest was dismayed when he couldn't open the Indoraptor's mouth. There is a manufacturing or design defect where the neck sticks out so far that the head cannot turn. It's possible to push this part of the neck far enough, but it takes a lot of force, and when the mouth closes, my child should come and ask me to "reset" their toy. QC may just have missed ours, but there's probably a lot of them. These are nice toys that you can buy for $5 each and I expect they'll do the only thing they're asked to do. open and closed. Mattel is silent, don't waste your money if you don't want to upset your recipients.
