Great for cutting blue light but too small for older kids.
Bought for my children (9 and 10 years) for distance learning on the computer. They complained of headaches. So I wanted to try turning off blue light from computers. Since I ordered them there have been fewer complaints of headaches. The only downside is that they are a little smaller than I thought they would be and don't quite fit, I had to order one for bigger kids. That's the only reason I give them 4 stars. I think they would be great for kids under 7 with smaller heads.
