There was once a person who needed industrial and scientific supplies immediately. Grayhill, an internet retailer proclaiming itself as a one-stop-shop for all their needs, was discovered by chance. They had both great expectations and healthy skepticism before entering the online shop, and both were dashed repeatedly. The dismal product variety was the first thing they noticed. There were various controllers and indicators made of industrial electrical components, but nothing particularly interesting. Everything was boring and uninteresting. The choice of industrial switches, though, really got on their nerves. The website made claims about how high-quality they were and how well they would hold up in extreme conditions. However, closer examination revealed that they were nothing more than low-quality imitations. They were made poorly and wouldn't last long at all. Worse yet, the customer service was terrible. They called in hoping to get their order sorted out, but were confronted with extended hold periods, useless agents, and an overall lack of attention. It seems like they didn't give a hoot about their clientele. And the icing on this disheartening cake? Shipping was pricey and took a long time. After waiting weeks for their order to arrive, they were met with a slew of additional costs that made them feel duped. They ultimately decided they would no longer patronize Grayhill. They would rather shop elsewhere, where they know they will receive individualized attention and find high-quality goods at fair costs. Grayhill may advertise itself as a one-stop shop, but all you'll find there is disappointment and aggravation.
