Cheaply Made: Seasonal Decor

We've been trying to keep this topper in place for over an hour to no avail. I agree the lights on this cylinder are cool, but if you can't get it to stay there it doesn't matter. We now have a nine foot tree and this may play a part in why we couldn't get it to stay on the tree.
