They seem to work quite well. I've been using these for almost 3 months. I've also bought similar bulbs from the same company for G9 and E12 bases. I bought these after the success of the G9 bulbs and found them to dim well, have good color temperature and fit in fixtures without sticking out or looking weird. Of the 6 e17 bulbs I bought 3 months ago, 4 are still working. . 1 bulb started flickering 2 months after purchase. Another bulb died today (after 3 months) and this time with a slightly larger flash as apparently some LED chips overheated and burned out. The seller refunded the cost of the first bulb that burned out. I will contact them again and see if they can help with this second blown bulb. All of the bulbs I bought for the other sockets (18 total) still work perfectly, so it could be some sort of manufacturing issue with the batch of these e17 bulbs I bought.
