According to the description it fits iPhone 7 Plus with case. It will, but it's very difficult to get it in and out. I hope after doing this a few times it will stretch a little to make it easier. I have a pretty thin phone case, no bigger than an Otterbox. i am a bigger person I'll need a large blood pressure cuff at the doctor's office soon. It doesn't fit my shoulder. I can only wear it just above the elbow. If you have a caseless phone and handguns, that's great. Otherwise I would keep looking.
