Review on KYY 15.6" Portable Monitor - Full HD 1920X1080P, 60Hz, IPS, Built-In Speakers - K3-1 by Luther Mosley

First, image quality, brightness, and viewing angles are excellent. I used this monitor on a business trip and it survived in my carry on. I took it in checked baggage on my second trip and then the HDMI port stopped working. . However, the USB input continued to work. The monitor was packed in the original shipping materials, wrapped in clothing, and then placed in a gym bag. I don't know if the HDMI port failed due to rough baggage handling or other reasons. I emailed support and told them my problem. They sent me a replacement straight away and I had it within 3 days. I didn't have to prove to them that I had already fixed the problem. I did not have to return the defective monitor. I didn't have to pay shipping. I wasn't even asked to write this review. They simply solved my problem quickly and easily. When was the last time you had such an easy comeback? I couldn't believe how good their customer support is. My new monitor works great. Now I will take it with me in my hand luggage.
